Please join the Rockport High School National Honor Society in making a difference.  We are raising money to benefit the Addison Gilbert Society Healthcare Heroes Emergency Response Fund and ANY size donation will help make an impact.

As students who live on Cape Ann, we have relied on Addison Gilbert to take care of us our whole lives.  We have had broken bones repaired and nasty splinters removed. Some of us even have parents or grandparents who were born at Addison Gilbert Hospital! Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us.

Addison Gilbert Hospital created the Healthcare Heroes Emergency Response Fund to support our hospital colleagues on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic.   Donations help purchase protective gear for our hospital colleagues, expand our emergency department to accommodate patients, house colleagues who need to be isolated or quarantined, implement telehealth physician visits and much more.    Your gift to this emergency relief effort will help to propel our monumental crisis response efforts that will continue for many months to come, and will allow us to direct critical resources to nurses, physicians, and staff fighting this pandemic.
