Acts of Random Kindness DBA Happy Box

Happy Box is a beautiful reminder that kindness, happiness and joy remain simple and easy to share! With your help, Acts of Random Kindness DBA Happy Box can reach this goal and continue to make a difference and further our cause.

Each Happy Box is filled with items that bring JOY and promote HAPPINESS. Play is essential during a child's hospital stay. Boxes are made for children ages 0-18 years old and utilized with patients for developmentally appropriate interventions including therapeutic play, preparation and education to reduce fear, anxiety, pain and promote positive coping. Also, these items are used to help normalize the hospital experience and make the holiday season, birthdays and other special events memorable for our patients and families.

Happy Box is a legacy project in loving honor of Aunty Barb Okabayashi. Aunty Barb's light and love that will continue to spread throughout our community like a wildfire. We can all help to improve the quality of life for others through simple acts of kindness and generosity.
