Our Fight Against Childhood Obesity
Hello to all my friends and family,
I am excited for this next chapter in my life and SUPER excited to share it with you all. Within the next 4 weeks, I will be launching my Health/ Fitness Brand and Website. This will include personal training, articles, tips, and personal stories. I will be taking new clients as well. GET HYPED! STAY TUNED! #GoHardFitnessLab
In the meantime, I am SUPER excited to introduce the first of many fundraising efforts on behalf of my brand. This will be one of my first fundraising efforts since I had to sell chocolate in High School (Which I ended up eating all the M&Ms and is ultimately why this organization is meaningful). I will be raising money for Action for Healthy Kids to help them in their vision of a future where every kid is healthy, active and ready to learn.
Action for Healthy Kids works with schools to educate children on healthy options for a healthier diet. Also, the program helps with getting healthier options in schools for kids to eat. Action for Healthy Kids focuses on the childhood obesity epidemic. More than 30% of American children are obese or overweight. The organization works to bring more physical activity and nutrition lessons to schools in the United States. Not only is this important because this will help DEFEAT OBESITY nationwide, it is also giving these services to areas and communities that may not otherwise have it.

FUN INITIATIVES:
So, some call me a beast and some call me extra, but to sweeten the pot, I will do 1 BURPEE OR .10 Mile for every dollar donated (YOU DECIDE!) (Example: If you donate $100, you get to choose if I do 100 burpees OR 10 Miles!!*) Yes, you get to inflict the devilish burpee or the long mile on me for an amazing cause.)
