About ABLE to Sail
To prevent teen drug use, teen suicide, school shootings and other violence related to bullying and low self-image by TEACHING self-esteem. Self-esteem is a skill that can be learned and must be practiced in order to master. We use every lesson in sailing to de-construct negative mental chatter that leads to these high-risk choices.
