About A Chance for Change
At A Chance for Change, we are dedicated to empowering youth to become compassionate, globally aware citizens who can make a tangible difference in the lives of others. Our mission is twofold: to inspire youth in our local communities to engage in service/philanthropy and to provide essential resources for students in need around the world. Through our Build a Backpack program, students learn about educational inequities, assemble backpacks filled with school supplies, and send these critical resources to their peers in need. We blend academic enrichment with philanthropic action to connect and serve youth effectively. Offering a unique educational platform that bridges local community with global needs, cultivating a sense of responsibility among youth through hands-on philanthropy.
