4H Alarm Robotics

Our team is excited to have this fantastic opportunity to compete at FIRST® Championship in Houston, Texas, but we need financial support to make this happen. This competition combines the excitement of sport with the rigors of science and technology. As a donor, your contribution will directly support our team in covering various expenses associated with participating, including registration fees, shipping expenses, meals, travel costs & accommodation for the team and mentors, equipment, and materials.

In the 2024 season, our team participated in the New England District BSU Event, where we were a District Event Finalist and won the Team Spirit Award, which “celebrates extraordinary enthusiasm and spirit through exceptional partnership and teamwork furthering the objectives of FIRST.” During the New England District WPI Event, the team earned a spot to participate in the New England District Championship Event. We also won the District Engineering Inspiration Award, which “celebrates outstanding success in advancing respect and appreciation for engineering within a team’s school or organization and community,” giving the team a booth at the NE District Championship to showcase information about the outreach work the team has conducted in the local area, including holding STEM events at the Franklin Library. Once again, our team won the Engineering Inspiration Award, earning us a chance to compete in the FIRST Championship, which is where teams from around the country and the world come together for one final competition of the season.
