CFStudios Relocation Fund

CFStudios has recently been experiencing some trouble due to a few commissioners dropping out during a critical time when we're attempting to move accross the country. The purpose of the move is to accomodate Camille's disability and get both of us in the same place to maximize workflow, quality, and expansion of the business.
For those who haven't heard of us, CFStudios is a two-person freelance costuming team run by Camille Fleming and Aleksander Savidge. We are two queer young adults trying to make our living doing what we love. We've both had our share of struggles in life; Camille is a lesbian, on top of having epilepsy and a liver disease, and Aleks is a transgender man. A large business difficulty for us is that we live in different states, Camille in Pennsylvania and Aleks in Ohio. As such, it costs us a lot of time and money to coordinate transportation of materials, plans, and coinciding work time. For us, these are full time jobs that we love to do, and don't want to stop giving people the joy of our costumes. We are young and so is our business, and as such we need as much help as we can get to keep it going.

CFStudios is looking to move West to California: a large distance, but California is close to possibilities for contract work as well as schools with costuming degrees for Aleks. All funds gained from this GoFundMe will go directly to our move; that is, costs of truck rental, finding and purchasing a home, and future payment costs if we exceed our donation goal. We're only asking for $2,000. We already have a lot of money saved but due to the mentioned complications of clients dropping their slots, we just need a little more help.
We plan on giving random donors a chance to recieve a 10% and 5% discount coupon for anything they would like to purchase from us, that being a bandana, a full costume, or a tail, as a thank you for donating. First, second, and third place winners will also receive a CFStudios bandana!

A lot of what we do involves giving people the suspension of disbelief. We enjoy creating and performing in large, elaborate costumes that make you think, "Is there really a person in there?" as seen in our Kha'zix, Anivia, and various other costumes. It's that split second moment where people let themselves believe that monsters and magic are real and right in front of them that keeps us doing what we do.
