From the creators of The Director, End of the Line, Candyland Police Department, and more comes a new post-apocalyptic action-comedy short-film: Once Upon a Time in the Wasteland!
After the end of the world, two survivors argue over one's peculiar fashion choice. Their relationship is tested when one accidentally leaves the other to fight off a trio of vicious scavengers on his own. Will they be able to save their friendship, or will they get killed by post-apocalyptic cowboys first?

We're the crew of OUaTitW, and we're looking to raise the last of the funds needed to make our insane vision come true. We've already partnered with Crave Romance Boutique, JP's Bar, and Lafayette Comedy, but we're still short of our minimum needed to go forward with shooting.
We've raised money any way we could: from begging the owners of a sex shop, to taking advantage of a tuna lawsuit, to starting a for-profit paramilitary organization (okay, that last one may have been an exaggeration). It's been an uphill battle to get this far, and now we need your help to get us the rest of the way there.
We've spent months writing, storyboarding, location scouting, casting, coaching, rewriting, ect. When the November 7th-8th shoot dates roll around, funded or not, we'll be ready.
So why do we need your help? While we may be close to having the funds to make the movie happen, that's just for the bare minimum. We have much grander aspirations for this film, and that requires more funds to be spent on camera and audio rentals and personnel. If money is raised past our goal, all of the excess funds will be used for sending the final film to the festival circuit.
We're a congregation of film school students and graduates who want nothing more than to create something we truly feel means something. Please help us raise our movie baby into the best possible version of itself.
