Cf Medical and living expenses move

My lung function has recently dropped to the 30s and I've been very ill. I'm in and out of the hospital every month for a couple years now as most of you know I'm struggling!!! It's very overwhelming being this sick! This is why I need your help. The doctors have also mentioned transplant and I need to start planning for this even though it scares the crap out of me this also is not all covered by insurance lung transplant is very expensive. They want me to gain thirty pounds to get the transplant... I have to face reality and start planning and I'm trying to get my lung function back(at least some of it if possible) and need your help to improve the quality of my life. Please help me beat cf!!!
