It was a great and sad ceremony. Thank you everyone that attended and for all condolences, prayers, support and wishes. Catherine touched a lot of lives with her beautiful soul and is dearly missed. This has been a very sad and stressful time for us and we thank everyone for their support.
As many of you already know a very young and beautiful soul was taken from her family and loved one so suddenly and so unfairly in the most tragic way. This is Catherine. She was only 23 years old when she passed away May 27th in the evening. She had a whole life ahead of her. Dreams to make come true, adventures to live. She was loved by all those who knew her. She spread love and a helping hand to all those around them. If she heard of someone in need, she would be there to help.
Catherine went for a swim and was found unconscious by a friend in the water, after he pulled her out it was to late, they could not get her revived.
Catherine was engaged to Valentin Klassen. They have known each other for many years and went through thick and thin - whatever life threw at them. They have built a life together. They talked about getting married this year.
She was only 23 year old and she will be deeply missed by him and all her friends and her family. The grief of losing her is a very painful experience for her fiance and family.
They are in shock, in disbelief and in so much pain. And this is the time for all of us, their friends, family and community to step up and help them.
Due to this sudden and tragic loss Valentin and the family need prayers and financial support with funeral arrangements and expenses. Any little bit would help Valentin and the family with all the expenses that are coming their way.
Brother in Law, Jakob Klassen will forward your donations to cover funeral expenses for Cat, such as funeral arrangements, memorial cards, transportation, obituary and other expenses. Jakob will manage the expenses on their behalf.
Please pray for her fiancé and family so God can comfort them during this tragedy.
And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
