We NEED a home...

On Dec 16th my family had a house fire. My husband was played off from work prior to this and I have COPD 49% of my lungs are functioning. My husband has neuropathy in hands and feet and we are unsure if he would be able to work with his health as well.
We are having trouble with our insurance company getting our policy limits to rebuild our home. They are only wanting to pay 96,000 (which they have paid but is held at the mortgage company) Our policy is 186,000 we don't have money to rent a place. Our mortgage company is holding all of the $96000 until our mortgage is paid off which is only 21,000 left we owe.
The problem is we have little to work with and insurance is wanting to not pay for our stay at the hotel after June 16th. We will still be homeless because of this. We have no resources (insurance hasn't paid for food or gas costs) Renting a place costs $600 and above, plus gas, electric, water, etc. We had to resource to an attorney and when we get paid from that he will take 33% off the top he gets for us. So we will still be without a lot.
If there is anything anyone can do to help a couple with two kids who lost everything because of an overheated iPad charger we would truly appreciate anything or any help. Thank you so much
