Care funds for Nicole Thomas

My Name is Janette Jones and I am the caregiver to a 32 year old, severely autistic young lady named Nicole. Nicole in non-verbal and needs 24 hour care with everything. Bathing, toileting and feeding. Because she is autistic she is rarely stimulated by what is going on around her. She spends her time swinging on the porch swing and splashing in the pool. She is a sweet and beautiful child-like human being who is deeply loved. Everything her family does is for Nicole. Everything.
Nicole was adopted by her Grandparents, Roy and Anne, when she was two and has lived with them ever since. Two years ago Roy passed away suddenly and Carla, their youngest daughter, moved in to assist with Nicole's Care. Anne and Roy planned very carefully for the finanial well being of Nicole when they passed away. They wanted to make sure that no matter what happened to them Nicole and Carla would be well taken care of. They didn't risk the stock market. They worried about the banks and the economy.
Last week Anne, Carla and Nicole returned home to find their home ransacked and a huge hole cut into the side of their safe. Inside was kept aproximately $235,000 of gold, silver and cash. It was all gone. Absolutely nothing left.
I have turned to gofundme to try and raise these funds back for the continuing care of our sweet Nicole and to relocate the Thomas family. Nicole will live a long life and the cost of her 24/7 care is tremendous. With the carefully saved funds stolen it's uncertain at this time how we can do this.
I want to thank you for reading this. The Thomas family is very private so it's difficult for them to hold out their hands for donations. I explained that there are wonderful people out there who care and will want to help. Seeing their devastation is unbearable. I so desperately want to see them whole again and moved away to somewhere safe. The thought of Nicole having to go into a state run institution an anyime of her life devastating.
