Car Stolen While Woman in Labor

Please Help!
sunday 11/27/16 at around 8pm our family car was stolen from right outside our window as we where leaving for the hospital for a labor check since our daughter is due any time, and we now have no transportation, a 2 year old, and im currently still in active labor with our daughter, and no way to get to the hospital when its time...
around 7pm, my contractions got strong enough to make me want to be checked out by my midwife. so we packed an overnight bag for my 2 year old son, and a diaper bag for our new baby girl with all of her first toys and outfits, and the hospital bag for myself.
my boyfriend corey put the bags into the car and ran back into the apartment to get our son and help me to the car. As he picked up our son, we looked out our window and saw our car backing out and start speeding away. Corey ran after the car, and he caught it at the corner of kendall and 14th, and grabbed the door handle screaming "my girlfriend is in labor, were going to the hospital!!" and the driver turned left onto 14th, flinging corey across the road and speeding away.
i frantically called 911 and between the already bad contractions and the situation, i could barely speak... they send paramedics and transported the three of us to the hospital. I was only 3 cm dialated so i was sent home (the hospital paid for a cab home for us)
im still in labor at home, and we have no family car to get to and from the hospital with... all of our kids things when in the car... my baby girls brand new carseat we where finally able to afford, her first outfits and her diaper bag and new bottles and pampers... they took everything....
we just want out car back... we depend on that car to get myself and the kids to medical appointments, grocery shopping, etc.
please can we spread the word and see if we can get our car back or replaced before our baby girl comes...
2 kids, 2 working parents and no family car is going to make things really hard... please please help.
the car was taken from lamar station apartments, less than 100 yards from an elementary school bus stop (check Photos) Its a silver blue 06 chrysler 300 with a ding in the rear driver side bumper and a cross hanging from the rear view mirror.
