Car Repairs to keep Getting to Docs

 I have been diagnosed with Bladder cancer for the 2nd time. Unfortunately instead of being able to just have surgery I need to have Chemo as well.  This requires multiple trips to the doctor's  office for the treatments as well as follow up.  My Insurance will cover those costs BUT my car is in bad shape. It needs Ball joints on both sides in front. 2 New tires on the back. A Valve cover gasket, Shocks, a broken sway bar on the back and both the radiator and power steering fluid drained and changed ( Power steering is really bad all foamy and 14 years old.) 

  Now even with insurance I have had HUGE medical bills. Keeping the doctors happy with payments is the only way to keep getting treatment for my chronic conditions. At the end of the day there just is not enough money to keep up with car maintenance/repairs. Getting a new car is really out of the question so repairing this one is my ony option.  Without the car I will not be able to continue getting to the doctors.  I am working and getting a 2nd job is beyond my physical endurance. ( Also very hard to do with 3 or 4 doctor appointments a week.) Anything you could help with is greatly appreciated.
