More information about Troopers Assisting Troops:
1. To provide support to returning Wounded Warriors from the Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom theaters with local recreational and rehabilitative programs.

2. To raise awareness and generate public support for the needs of severely injured service men and women returning from Iraq and Afghanistan

On Saturday, July 25, 2020 come join the active and retired LEO’s in supporting the Troopers Assisting Troops (TAT) organization with the 6th Annual Capital to Coast Memorial Bike Ride 2020. The TAT is a contingent of retired and active troopers dedicated to providing assistance to veterans who suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome. All money raised from this charitable event will be used to assist the TAT with purchasing therapy canines for these military veterans. In keeping with tradition, this year’s ride will be “honoring those who have fallen by assisting those who have served.” If you are interested in riding this year we ask that you donate a $100.00 entry fee to the Capital to Coast Memorial Ride 2020 through the GoFundMe website.

Once you register, please send an e-mail notification to Lt. Steve Cawley (Ret) at [email redacted]. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail with the itinerary and other pertinent information. All riders will receive a complimentary custom T-shirt for their participation. There will also be a picnic celebration and ceremony at the conclusion of the ride.

Capital to Coast Memorial Ride 2020

Meet Up: two sites and times

1)Sea Girt National Guard Base, 6:30 am.

2)Capital Complex Parking lot State Street Trenton NJ 8:00 am

Parking: National Guard Training Facility Or Capital Complex State Street Trenton NJ Ride
Starts/Mileage: 50 miles start to finish Cost: $100.00 per person (includes tee shirt, a picnic at will take place following the ride, all riders, family and friends are invited.

Police Escort: The State Police will once again escort us through intersections.

Registration: Online: You must donate to Go Fund Me Site Capital to Coast Memorial Ride 2020. After donation please E mail contact info and shirt size for event. Steven Cawley at [email redacted]. Registrations and payment must be received by Friday June 9th to be eligible T-shirt.

The Ride: Will be approximately a 50 mile journey that begins at Capital Complex Trenton NJ and continues east to National Guard Training Facility Sea Girt NJ. Standard safety gear (helmets) and road compliant bicycles required. (Specific rules will be forthcoming.)
