Cancer treatment abroad for Cathal

I am sorry that I have to ask for help but i need to put my pride away for my children's sake.

I am a 39 years old with terminal cancer; stage 4 stomach cancer. I have been a fit and healthy person competing in triathlon and running events frequently so the diagnosis was a shock.

It has spread to other areas so surgery is not an option.  I am getting treatment every two weeks however while we have seen some success in reduction of the tumours
it it growing once again and  I believe time is in short supply  

We have have two young children , Orla who is 2 and Aidan who is just nine months. I am swallowing my pride for their sake , I would like them to grow up to know their father . 

The the amount of money we are aiming for will cover a new treatment provided  in Germany for cancer called ; immunotherapy plus others that the oncologist recommended as treatment for my case. 

the hospital is located in Germany and it poses the best hope I have
