This is a fund to attempt to ease the immense financial burden placed on Div to ensure she gets the proper care she deserves to heal. Divea, who is 23 years old, has been diagnosed with recurring Hodgkins Lymphoma, this means this is not her first battle with cancer. She is fighting against more aggressive tumors and needs stronger treatment to combat this cancer. Divea faced small seizures, intense fatigue, violent nausea, and overall distress with her first round of treatment and recovery, this is a new battle and we need more support on our side. 
Her diagnosis was confirmed on February 18th of 2021 after already being 2 years in remission. Thankfully, Divea has been able get her port placed in Las Vegas and was approved to receive vital treatment in CA. On May 4th, she will be traveling to her consultation in order to receive a second opinion and a full treatment plan that will reveal full cost and effort required to heal.
We are raising money in order to fund the cost of a temporary move to CA that could last anywhere from 30 to 100 days, but will be updated as soon as we know. This means that Divea will need to pay for the cost of rent for her current home as well as the cost of a temporary apartment in California. Cost of the trip includes: cost of transportation, grocery, housing for the time being, and medication. With the immunocompromising treatment she will be receiving, the cleanliness of her housing and the quality of her food has to be at a consistently high standard in order for her safety and wellbeing to thrive.
This move was expected to happen later down the line, but with the second opinion right around the corner things might move faster than anticipated. Johnny, Divea’s loving fiancé, and her mom, who will be leaving two other children, are also taking time off work in Las Vegas to accompany her on this journey and provide care for her as she heals. Seeing as so many providers are taking necessary steps to support Divea means we will need more community support now than ever. Divea is a beautiful, kind soul with so much light to bring to the world. She is a loving friend, fiancé, sister, and daughter and she is asking her community for help in this moment.
