Camden High School is vital to OUR History. It fits almost EVERY requirement as an Historical Landmark.
While we certainly agree a new facility is needed for our youth, it is easily provable that the iconic castle need not be demolished. There is more than enough acreage to build a school in back of the famed, "Castle."
Moroever the suggestion that our children be displaced for 4 or more years is outrageous.
We are therefore raising funds to retain an attorney to file an injunction to stop these travesties of justice.
We are asking all concerned citizens, residents and alumni to contribute $50, or whatever you can, to help us quickly reach our goal of $7,000. Every dollar helps.
These questionable, arbutrary and insulting decisions must not go unchallenged. All we need to do is come, and work together. Please inform your entire listserve.
