Callaway the Dachshund fund

Callaway is a minature long haired dachshund with an extremely spunky spirit who will do just about any trick for a treat and just wants to curl up in your lap. Even though he is small with short legs he has been a mountain dog living in summit county colorado his entire life with his little brother Chopper.

Unforunatly this weekend he had to go into emergency surgery because of a blockage in his intestines. With out the removal of the blocakage he would have not made it. The unexpected costs of his surgery have been quite a strain. His surgery costs will total to well over double what our goal is but any little amount that can go to help this little pup that has brought so many people joy would be so appreciated. He will have quite the recovery road ahead of him but we are all hoping he will come out with no complications and Chopper will be beyond happy to have his playmate back in action to wrestle with. 

We have also decided that any extra funds donated will be set aside to help other pets in need. No one should ever have to decide between their pet and the financial cost to save their lives. We believe the favor should be passed on to others. Thank you all for you generosity!
