Donation protected
This GoFundMe accout is to help pay the costs for Caleb  Christensen to attend the USS Nationals Strong Man competition in Detroit, Michigan on June 24, 2017.

On April 7-8, 2017 Caleb competed in the Idaho Strong Man Competition.  The first night of competition he broke the national record for the Teen Division in the Log Press, Deadlift and 18" Deadlift.  He broke the 18" Deadlift by 110lbs.  He then proceeded to break his own record with a lift of 610lbs.  The next day he participated in a full day of competition which included lifting 4 Atlas Stones of varying sizes starting at 210lbs going up to 275lbs over a 3-4' high bar while being timed. Caleb won his division and qualified for the USS Nationals Strongman Competition.

Caleb has been training with Matt Wattles owner of Competitive Edge Athletic Performance in Meridian, ID for nearly four years.  Caleb competed in his first Strong Man in July 2016, sponsored by the Mecca Gym and was a fundraiser for Wishes for Warriers.

Caleb will graduate from Borah High School May 22.  He played football for West Jr. High and Borah. As he gained experience lifting he shared that experience with the younger players. This fall he will begin college at Boise State University in Pre-Med.  Caleb was also offered a Preferred Walk on with the Boise State Bronco's Football Team.  He plans to be the strongest incoming Freshman they've ever seen.  His family is extremely proud of all he has achieved and what he will in the future.

Thank you so very much for your support. Caleb will represent Idaho at Nationals with not only his physical strength but his strength of character.
