Amy's Medical Needs

Amy had a serious gymnastics injury when she was 14 years old that injured her back. She had to endure two spinal fusions, lots of medications, and many other procedures during the last 11 years but nothing has helped. A few months ago she found a doctor at Performance Spine and Sports Medicine. Over the past few months he has done a few procedures which has helped them narrow down Amy's pain area. Unforuntatly, she now has quite a bit of medical bills. About a month ago her doctor came across a brand new surgery. He is confident in this new surgery for Amy but it is not covered by insurance. We are looking for raise $5000 to help with her medical bills and cover the cost of the surgery. If you are able to donate any amount, every bit helps!
