We have hosted some small events for the past few years as well as several convention panels within the Central Florida area. We have been blessed with Omni Fandom Expo allowing us to provide more then we ever could compare to other conventions. They allow us to be closer to our goal of being a fully flesh Maid Cafe! We are able to serve food, do performances, have a photo-booth, play games, and host other fan panels. However our ultimate goal is to branch away from conventions to provide even more! More you say?! The possibilities are endless! We can never have too much fun and we would love for you to be a part of the experience.
What we like to provide is even more entertainment, food and hospitality that hotel and convention centers tend to restrict. With a more fexible venue we could provide a more fitting menu, schedual more performances and deticate to games or other activities for your enjoyment. This would allow us to host more then once or twice a year with variety of events. More importantly we want our event to not feel rushed! We want our interactions with you to feel authentic so that you can relax, enjoy, and come back for more. Always knowing you can find a second home with us.
With freedom of course there is a trade off. We lose the free venue space, the set up, the marketing reach and advertising. These are things we now have to take over which eat away from the already small budget that barely keeps the cafe afloat currently.
Our goal is to provide more events that can circle in it's own budget. In order to do this we need a larger amount of donations that can contribute to bring in this budget. Even with the donations of our members, our current state can not hold it's own without the help of more donations. After looking at several locations to host our cafe we have estimated a cost of $300-$800!
We are currently in the process on production of merchandise that will be sold under the name of The Hand-Maid Shop. The Hand-Maid Shop will be selling at artist alleys to help us fundraise. The items we plan to make shall be low cost with low payback but every donation helps!
Remember we can't do this without our loyal fans! As thanks for helping & supporting us, we will give gifts straight to you from our hearts! ❤
