I think everyone is probably at a huge loss for words right now. Everyone who knows Megan knows that she is the friend, wife, and mother that everyone should stirve to be. Literally a perfect human being! Megan and Tim have 4 beautiful children, 3 of which they were able to adopt and provide and unconditional loving home.
