Eva and Bill's Fire Fund

My Mom (Eva) received the most unthinkable news that her home was on fire with her dogs inside, while visiting my Grandma today.  She rushed home (1 1/2 hours away) to have the most devistating experience of watching it burn to the ground with almost EVERY wordly possession and her fur babies inside  too.   My sister and I are asking for any help that you can give and would be forever grateful.  
Any assistance would be MORE than appreciated as her and her husband don't even have clean clothes to wear at this point.  The money raised with go directly to Eva and Bill to help rebuild their lives.
The fire department concluded a complete structural loss and as horrible as it is insurance is only going to cover a minimal amount - structural damage.
