Baby Constantine Sebastion

For those of you who don't know him please welcome little Constantine Xavier Sebastion to the world.  He has had a bit of a rough start to the world but he is a fighter....a lil tiny super hero!!! This little fighter entered this world two months too early and even tho is doing better than expected he has several hospital visits to come in his short life.  Right now he has an infection in his intestines and has to be taken back off food so he can reap the benefits of the antibiotics he needs. Also he has clubbed feet he is going to need to have casted and changed out every week until corrected along  with heart surgery at 6 months.  With all that news lil Constantine was also tested and confirmed to have down syndrome. He is currently being hospitalized at U of M in Ann Arbor where he will stay indefinitely.  He is such a fighter and so are his parents. Lets  please help get baby Constantine home!!!  We are trying to raise some funds to help with travel back and forth to the hospital and daily expenses such as minutes for phone that the hospital calls them on.  The father just recently started a new job and with his exciting early arrival this has put them behind. There are many expenses that we cannot predict and any donations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
