Mission Trip to Moldova

Through the years, God has been so faithful in my life and His blessings are too numerous to share. Our family has been blessed to be able to travel to Kenya and Caraveli, Peru, where we worked with orphans. Through these trips, God has shown me His love for those less fortunate than me. These children are full of joy even though they are hungry, thirsty, and literally have nothing. I've seen, through their lives, that without Christ, I too am hungry, thirsty, and have nothing.
Three years ago, God blessed our family once again through adoption. My beautiful brother, Emmanuel, is from Ghana, West Africa. This adoption came during the lowest point in my life. Although I was thrilled to have my brother home, I didn't even have the energy to get out of bed because I was so depressed. It was through morning snuggles and goodnight kisses that I realized our joy, our energy, and our strength comes from the Father alone. Through watching him, I learned what it meant to have a child-like faith as he learned to trust us to love and protect him. We are called to trust God in whatever He calls us to do without hesitation. We are called to GO, to make disciples and to show God's love to people who have not experienced this love before.
This year, I have the opportunity to work with orphans in Moldova. The cost of this 8 day trip is $2,800 and is due by mid-April. Please prayerfully consider financially supporting this effort
