This print and online magazine is a platform for South Asians to write and draw art in a magazine that celebrates South Asian talent.

There are celebrity interviews, make up tips, a food section, an agony aunt, a cartoon page, personal articles by some amazing writers and so on.

After a life time of having nothing but wedding magazines for South Asians in print, I decided to create something that celebrates pop culture, as well as giving advice and discussing issues.

It's a fun and lively print. The first issue has been released, which you can get here: burntroti.com/shop

I now have to maintain the website as well as print the next issue, which is a significant amount of money. As I've already thrown all my money into this project, I'm currently all tapped out, so am hoping for donations to help until I get enough advertisers and investors.

If you have any questions, you can find me on Twitter !

I'm now using money from the deposit from my last house to create the next magazine (as well as the additional help I've already received!).

So now, I need money to grow my merchandise section. I want to create t-shirts, mugs and so on - not to monetise on South Asian culture, but because I genuinely want to wear these clothes and drink from these mugs myself and know others that do!

I also want to set up some events. Bollywood quiz nights, screenings, some more launch parties and some live music nights!

I want to grow the website. At them moment, it's being moderated, edited and paid for by myself but would like to move these responsibilities elsewhere, so I can concentrate on the merch and events.

Hope you all can help! Every penny is greatly appreciated!
