My 90yo, mother, Phyllis Shaw, passed on March 5, 2019.  As I only receive social security disability,  I could follow her wishes to have her cremated.  She wished to be buried with her late husband in Florida.  She left behind several thousand dollars in debts which I am trying to pay for out of my disability pay.  I also am trying to probate her last Will and testament in order to try and assume the mortgage on her house as she wanted me to do. I would appreciate any and all help I can get as, I barely can make ends meet as things stand now. Thanks in advance.
