Bulldog fighting for her life

What happened
In the evening of the 29.07.2018 a Taxi driver run over my female french bulldog called Blueberry, who is only 10 months old. After he hit her, he offended the law and hit and run. My poor little dog lied on the street screaming, so I took her and rushed into the vet emergency ambulance as I couldn't think of anything else in that moment because of the shock. I haven't catched the license plate, I only know it was a white Toyota Brios.
In the hospital, the doctors told me that she has a serious bruise to her lungs and a broken leg. I thought it might all turn out ok, until the doctor came 30 minutes later again and literally like in a Hollywood movie looked at me and said that she's probably gonna die..I didn't know what to think..it was a pure shock.. Apparently a couple of minutes later they found a pulse and the reanimation succeeded, which according to the doctor is something so rare considering the severity of injuries she has got.
Later on the doctors told me that she has a diaphragmatic hernia, meaning that some organs such as the liver went up to her lung, as there was a hole. They briefed me about what is going on and that they need to act quick to try and fix it so they needed my "OK" but I need to decide right now.
My Request
I thought "Come on, don't lose time and start the surgery" but obviously they made me aware that the whole process of the surgery, hospital stay, leg fracture surgery, medication etc. could potentially amount to a lot of money (€ 6500-€ 7000+) , which puts me in a lot of financial trouble, because at the one hand this is my baby dog, but this amount puts my existence in danger and the insurance would at most cover a part of it, which still puts me in a seriously dangerous situation. Additionally if Blueberry survives the initial phase there will occur more costs for various other treatments and therapies such as rehabilitation that I cannot estimate at this time.
Right now, Blueberry has stayed strong and already survived the dangerous surgery and there is optimism on the site of the doctors again. She is still fighting for her life but she is staying exceptionally strong according to doctors.
When needed?
I have to pay substantial amounts within the next week, so all help until then is tremendously appreciated.
I wouldn't ask for anything if this situation was not so serious. I'm so grateful with all donations made no matter the amount.
