Building Scott his new home

Hello,

I am writing this to help my friend Scott Simpson who lost his house due to the recent Russian River flooding in Northern California. The Atmospheric River brought in heavy rains causing a major flooding along the Russian River in Sonoma County, California, that has prompted evacuations and left two towns accessible only by boat.
Officials issued a mandatory evacuation order for the Russian River area, following a massive mudslide near Monte Rio
This resulted in a state of emergency for Sonoma, and  near by county's following the destructive flooding and mudslides. Due to this relentless rainfall, the Russian River quickly surpassed major flood stage early Wednesday and on Wednesday night, the river exceeded 45 feet - nearly 14 feet above flood stage!
A year before this incident, Scott lost his previous house in the Santa Rosa Fire- Tubb's Fire Incident that ruined everything for him. Only when things were starting to settle down after a fresh start, the Russian River flooding has taken a toll on Scott life.
