Veterinary Care for Buddy

Buddy is a beautiful male Collie mix found in Long Island City, NY.  He is in need of medical attention including a large mass removed from his hind leg.   My local vet has agreed to do the treatments at a discounted cost but his bill is still quite steep.  Any help in contributing to his medical treament is appreciated, and it will help in the long term goal of getting him a forever home.
