"Master" Proof of Concept

I've been blessed to star in a Motion picture that's lasted the test of time.
The Last Dragon was shot in the 80s and it was a fun time.
I have been moved by everything currently going on in the world and wanted to see how I could make a difference in some way.
We are living in different times, more serious times.
I'm putting my character, like you know him in a different environment, in the 12th-century Mongolian period where people faced life and death every day.
He is older and wiser, yet he is human and he is also a martial arts master.

ABOUT MASTER
In 12th Century Eastern China. Following the mysterious death of his adopted father, a martial artist embarks on a perilous quest to find his birth parents. With a bounty placed on his head and his will pushed to the breaking point, our hero must battle warrior tribes --and his inner demons-- to uncover the truth about his family and his true identity.
Once we've completed the proof of concept trailer packaged the film for the full-length feature, we plan to shoot on location in China, the film will include an international cast comprised of legendary actors and top MMA fighters.

Being a martial artist isn't just being someone that could throw a great kick or punch, he or she is the leader in their community, one that is able to face their fears with courage and make good choices in life. Choices that inspire you to be a better human being.

My hope is that in Master this evolved character that's been loved for many years will be able to inspire people through his humanity.

What the funds will be used for
A "proof of concept" trailer is like a mini motion picture and gives some proof to investors about what the style of the film will look like. There are many things that go into this, most of which will be provided by private investors. The $5,000 needed is for mostly post-production cost like social media marketing, artwork and other packaging costs needed to package the film for getting the project to directors, actors, and investors.

We will need the funds by May 30th.

I will update you on the progress moving forward into pre-production for the trailer, to be shot this summer 2017.
