7 years ago we started our Powerrlifting program. I have trained these girls since Jr. High School. To make the USA World Bench Team you must be an elite Powerlifter. LIszette, Nallely, and Samantha are one step closer to achieve our ultimate goal, which is to represent the Untied State of America!
We've poured numerous hours, sweat, tears, joys, we become stronger with every lift. Together as a team we built this bond that only we will know. During the countless hours, we pushed each other to be at the 5 am practices, after school practice, Holidays, and weekends holding each other accountable every step of the way to become the best of the best. Our moto is NO GUTS, NO GLORY, NO LEGEND, NO STORY..
And the ending to our story is .. well that''s where WE need your help to get to South Africa! With your help we can and we will REPRESENT THE RED, WHITE, and BLUE!!
