Our Hassan was taken from this world on Sunday, August 12th, 2018, at just 20 years old, and we are asking for your help to send him back home to be buried amongst his family in Sudan. He leaves behind two sisters, a brother, & parents that miss him dearly and will continue to honor his memory. 

My name is Sanan and I’m Hassan’s sister. On behalf of our entire family, I would like to thank each of you for your generous donations. All of your contributions will be used to transport Hassan back to our home country of Sudan; purchase a coffin to transport him in; make funeral arrangements in Sudan; and ensure that myself, my two siblings, and my parents can be by his side at the funeral. We will also be holding a Janazah prayer here in our home town of Greensboro, NC on Wednesday, August 15th, at 5:30pm at the Greensboro Islamic Center. We welcome you all to join us in celebrating Hassan’s life.
