Bring Christmas 2 Lilydale

My goal is to raise funds to purchase decorations for Christmas to make Main Street, Lilydale look beautiful and full of cheer, spirit and warmth.

Everyone who will benefit from this project are.
-Our community. 
-The children can also be involved with the decorating and they will be reminded of what the meaning of Christmas is about. 
-Seniors will be able to enjoy how Christmas once was celebrated. It will remind them of how people came together, whether it was family, friends or even the spirit of Christmas being celebrated in their home town.
A lot of this Christmas spirit and cheer has been forgotten. 
-As Christmas time is a busy time of year. Having the town decorated at Christmas will help the town (and surrounding suburbs) benefit with the extra traffic as people will want to be around a town with that Christmas cheer, that buzz and warmth the feeling Christmas brings to people. 

The funds will be used for decorations only. There are no wages to be paid to anyone. All the work will be done by volunteers only.

As Christmas is coming.....just around the corner!
I am looking for donations ASAP.
Decorating will start at the end of November. So a little time is needed to order the required decorations.

I have always loved Christmas because of the warmth, spirit and cheer it can bring to everyone. I want to bring that back to the people of Lilydale. And hopefully encourage other towns to do the same.
So any donations would be greatly appreciated.
