My beautiful friend, who should be enjoying maternity leave, has been diagnosed with breastcancer at just 28 years old. With a toddler & new baby, what should be a joyful time is being blown apart by cancer & chemo :(
She spends her life caring for others as a nurse..& receives no extra financial support to help at this time..now i'd like to raise some money to care for her :)
A little fund to help with the massive financial implications of travelling to appointments & time off work; a little help towards spoiling the kids with days out while she has treatments.
In return, i am donating 20 inches of my hair (eek) to the little princess trust - a charity who make wigs for children. This will take place in June, will update details as & when!
We all have that one person who has got you through the hardtimes & made things a little brighter..she is mine..& im determined to be hers!
