Brandon Diaz Makin' Music

Hello Beautiful People! I’m Brandon Diaz and welcome to my GoFundMe Campaign. Since I was 8 years old I’ve had a passion for singing. Going to vocal lessons, teaching myself piano and guitar and then, at around 13, I began to gig all over the Virginia/DC area.



I gigged for about 6 years and then made my way off to college to study what I love.


Then, I met (from left) Harun, Lorenzo, Kevin, Beber, and Isaiah.


“Brandon Diaz ’N Soul” started 3 years ago during my first semester at Berklee College of Music. Our inspiration lives in the old soul of R&B but with a twist.


Each of us comes from different musical backgrounds and when we create together, the sound is eclectic, something special. You can take a listen here. 


These past 6 months have been a whirlwind of emotions and growth. On October 4th, 2017, I auditioned for Lionel Richie, Katy Perry, and Luke Bryan on American Idol. They gave me that golden ticket and changed my life.


I had tried out for every reality singing show imaginable, looking for my big break. You all got to see my incredible journey unfold on the show and while I didn’t make it to the end, I gave my all at every performance, learning from the pros that I was so privileged to work with.



And so the journey continues….

Brandon Diaz ’N Soul is ready to go! We want to bring you the music you deserve to boogie to and take to the road. In order to do that, we’ll need your help to raise $5,000!

-Filming and Editing Three Live-in-the-Studio Videos
   -Two Original Songs
   -One Cover Song

-Taking us to YOU (Starting with our May 18th gig in NYC (!!!) at Rockwood Music Hall Stage One)

-Recording and Mixing a Spicy New Single
