On February 14, 2017 my uncle Iftikhar, his wife Jyoti and daughter Amina perished in a house fire. They are survived by their young daughter (Zoya) who is currently in the hospital fighting for her life.
We are seeking support to pay for the funerals of the three victims. After covering the funeral expenses; we will use the funds to address the Zoya's medical and financial needs.

I would like to thank everyone who supported this campaign. A few of you asked how I am related to Zoeya.
My name is Maryam Awan. I have been in living in Ottawa for 12 years. Zoeya's father Iftikhar Niazi is related to my mom and our families are from Pakistan.
In absence of many family members, I feel that our Canadian community has stepped in and provided us with emotional and financial support.
The funds raised through this campaign will be directed to Zoeya'sTrust through “Reisler Franklin LLP in Trust”. I am also working with other parties raising funds for Zoeya to make sure they are directed to her Trust fund.
