I will be running the 2016 Boston marathon for the Natick Auxiliary Police. I have committed to raising funds for this awesome cause, but I cannot do it alone. Please support me on my biggest challenge to date!! I am so excited to cross that finish line but I need your help. Please please donate help me make this dream a reality!!
The auxillary police is a group of men/women who dedicate their time to keeping you safe. Many of you know my husband is a police officer and in 2013 a day after bringing home our fourth child he was sent to the city to keep us all safe. I watched the television and held a newborn baby alone. I had no idea if he would make it home or not. He did not get a paycheck for being there but what we all got was security and all of those men and women who volunteered their time got a pat on the back, and their lives went on. Our lives go on because of all of them.
The Natick auxillary group is made up of some individuals seeking to become full time officers and some that simply make this commitment for their communites safety. They take the time out of their lives to help citizens cross the street, or close down roadways, keep the town common safe while you enjoy an evening concert, or man an event as large as the Boston Marathon. The only funding they get is from donations and I am really excited, as well as proud, to be the very first Boston Marathon runner for such an honorable group of people.  
Help me raise money to thank them for their selflessness. I cannot wait for April and I cant wait to see you all there cheering on the sidelines!! Let's do this!!!
