Support for the Bornick-Graves Family

I wish we all had more time with Aaron Graves. He died peacefully Wednesday, June 5th, in Columbia SC at the age of 33. He was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2014, and in late 2018 we learned Aaron’s tumors had grown.
He leaves behind his wife Jessica, with whom he had a once in a lifetime bond. Their every interaction spoke to the boundlessness of love.
His gentle nature and ability to befriend anyone lives on in his sweet daughter Elvie, age 9.
And his son Julien, 8 months old, who has his daddy’s face: each day, he shows us new facets of the wonder of Aaron’s life.
We want to collect enough money to pay Aaron’s end of life expenses and remaining medical bills.
It is our hope too that we can cover Jessica, Elvie, and Julien’s living costs in the months ahead: diapers, groceries, a mortgage and utilities, health insurance, and all the other incidentals that Jessica must now cover alone.
Let’s make sure this family’s journey through grief is not impacted by financial strain.
We are setting our fundraising goal at 30k initially, and will update that number as we get a clearer understanding of the family’s financial burden.
Aaron and his family generated this magical, overflowing love and kindness, which they shared freely with everyone they met. It’s our turn to surround them with an abundance of love and care.
So do a grandpa dance. Eat a donut with a friend! Share this far and wide, and please give what you can if you are able.
