Borders the game got invited to E3!
Borders, an art game that simulates the hardships of crossing the border, created by Gonzalo Alvarez, Genaro Vallejo, and myself, has been officially invited to be showcased in the IndieCade exhibit at E3.
For those who do not know, E3 is the premier game conference that attracts major studios from around the world. Companies such as Sony, Ubisoft, Square Enix, Bethesda, Take-Two, etc. commonly reveal their upcoming products at this event.
The opportunity to present our game at a venue as prestigious as E3 is indescribably invaluable. Borders will not only reach a significantly larger audience but I will also have the opportunity to network with a vast array of professionals in the industry. It is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity.
Passing this up would be usually unthinkable. However, as it stands the rest of my team is schedule to attend another conference in the UK at the same time. Furthermore, I will have to fly from Japan to get to the conference due to a similar scheduling conflict. With funds already tight, I need some help to be able to afford attending E3.
Any amount would be greatly appreciated. Each dollar donated is not only a dollar towards my future but also a dollar towards spreading a humanitarian view of immigration.
