Hello everyone! My name is Theresa Fowler and I'm an author, self-love mentor and wellness coach, and I'm on a mission to help heal the pain and suffering of humanity through the power of self-love.

My aim for the publication of the book is that no one else wastes vital time and energy torturing themselves through self-loathing, self-doubt, self-sabotage and hating their bodies — like I did for more years than I care to remember.
