Blue Collar Hustle Season 2

We are thrilled to announce that Blue Collar Hustle is gearing up to head into production! The story of Ajani, Quan, Jose, and Anthony continues as they attempt to make their mark on the Atlanta Hip Hop scene, while simultaneously dealing with the realities that come with existing as black men in modern day society.

The thesis that continues to drive the narrative of Blue Collar Hustle is millennial black identity, and how that identity constitutes varying definitions across the African American diaspora.  Season 2 will go deeper into the lives and motivations of the characters as they attempt to work together to achieve a common goal; that of creative and financial independence.

But in order to acheive our vision, we need YOUR help.

Thanks to our season one contributors last year, Blue Collar Hustle was able to afford equipment costs, props, costumes, and location fees. Thanks to you all we were able to complete the full season. Since then, Blue Collar Hustle has gone on to achieve tremendous success at various film festivals! Winning an astounding TWENTY awards to date, including Best Web Series (Urban Mediamakers Film Festival, Global Film Festival, London Independent Film Awards) Best Actor (LA Shorts Awards, Virgin Spring Cinefest) Best Soundtrack (International Independent Film Awards) and much more! The series has also built strong partnerships with streaming service providers Seeka..TV and KweliTV. With these accolades under our belts, we are striving to make the second season one that completely blows all of you away with its depth and quality.
