Bleeding Control training kit

Hi, I'm Safety Steve! I'm an EMT and an EMS Instructor. In addition to working on an ambulance full time, I like teaching classes and providing medical training to community members and first responders. I would like to offer a class specifically on how to control bleeding, so people will be more confident in their ability to help someone during an emergency situation. The funds raised on this page will go towards the purchase of training devices and supplies. It will enable me to offer more classes in the community, such as at churchs, schools, and civic organizations. I will also be able to offer more continuing education classes to first responders such as police officers, firefighters, and medical personnel.

If I can get just 500 people to give $5 each we will have raised enough to offer multiple classes and purchase the following equipment:

Some classes are free and will continue to be free.
Some classes are for certification and cost more to offer, and therefore have a registration fee. While my company is legally a for-profit entity, I do not make any profit from it at this time. My goal for now is to simply become a better instructor while offering free or inexpensive quality training to the community.
