Help STL Kids See "Black Panther"

To help kids see people who look like them are Royalty.
My friend Matt had an awesome idea a few months ago and contacted me to see if I would help him carry it out. Upon hearing it, I was automatically ready to help in any way possible. Since he’s deployed, I’m the legs of the operation. We both relate to the kids who go to schools without the best funding and kids who have families without many resources.
"Black Panther" is going to be the biggest movie of the year and we want to help as many kids see it as possible. To make that happen we are going to need help raising money for the cost of tickets for both the kids and chaperones, refreshments, and transportation.
The goal right now is to sponsor at least 100 kids. If more donations are raised, the more kids we can help experience this historic movie. The original idea was to sponsor a class of kids from one of the underpriveleged schools in the St. Louis area. Upon research, the school that was picked is no longer open. I then got the idea to reach out to the Boys & Girls Club of Greater St. Louis, that way we can still reach the demographic of kids we intended to. I chose this organhization because I cherish my days at the Boys & Girls Club as a youth. They do so much to improve the lives of kids who othereise go unnoticed.
Cost of movie tickets $12
Cost of refreshments $10
Once we come up with a set date, the money will be transferred to the Boys and Girls Club of Greater St. Louis, if we exceed our goal, the rest of the money will simply be donated to the organization.
