Billy "Salvi" Woods was diagnosed with Systemic Scleroderma in August 2017 and has been out of work and on oxygen 24/7 since his diagnosis.
Scleroderma, an auto immune disease, has compromised his lungs and he's looking at a bi-lateral lung transplant at Mass General Hospital.
He is currently in the evaluation process to determine whether or not he is a viable candidate for the transplant surgery.
Salvi has been out of work since August and only receiving a portion of his normal paycheck. We are asking family, friends, co-workers to assist in raising funds to help defer medical bills.
