Bill Welsh Memorial Fund

Donation protected
My husband, Bill Welsh, was seemingly healthy. Just tired with some digestive issues after a long trip back from the Adirondacks. A stage 4 cancer diagnosis the day after Christmas put a halt to our home shopping and fostering/adoption plans. By January 6th, after two hospital stays, every test imaginable; some multiple times, oxygen, and a hospice stay, he was gone.

Bill had always wanted to be a father. He also loved the outdoors and took great pride in running the New York State Lincoln Pond Campground in the Adirondacks for the past ten years. Many times he said that he would do that job without pay. He was a kind man who always put others before himself.

It is my wish to raise enough money to create a permanent memorial to Bill at Lincoln Pond Campground for campers to enjoy for years to come. I have already received the ok from the state. If enough money is raised I would also like to, in Bill's name,  help a child in need, and lastly, off set some medical bills. This platform makes us choose a dollar amount so I did. Whatever is raised will be my gauge as to the type of memorial, number of children helped or to what extent for one child, as well as expenses.

Thank you in advance for your prayers and contributions.
