2nd amendment legal defense

Help us put an end to the injustices and the profiling. Every dollar counts toward the fight against tyranny both in the most recent MC related unlawful carry cases as well as filing suit on multiple agencies and the state at a Supreme Court level for numerous violations of constitutional rights, discrimination, defamation per se, and repeal of the unconstitutional “gang” laws as it relates to MCs as well as gun reform. On September 22nd the fort worth police department deemed it necessary to profile bikers located in and outside of Wilson’s biker goods just for existing. The police stated “this is our town and we run this and if you so much as make a minor traffic violation we will haul you to jail” . The outcome of this was the fort worth police illegally searching the bikers violating their 4th amendment rights. Upon searching two prospects for the MC were arrested on unlawful carry charges violating their 2nd amendment and jailed for 26 hours before posting bond. Within the same day two other individuals were also pulled over for minor traffic violations one of which was jailed for not using a blinker and the other after the police broke into his saddle bags found a legally owned firearm. The police violated the 1st, 2nd, and 4th amendment rights of these individuals. We are seeking donations to help reimburse the bonds that were paid to get out of jail. The impound fees paid to the tow company. As well as attorney fees plus travel expenses for all 4 individuals arrested to get the unlawful carry charges dropped, removed from the gang database, and bring a lawsuit against the department. The proceeds of your donations will be used to fight the injustices by this police department. Since being involved in this ordeal I got to thinking that I swore to uphold the constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. Since the police and the political machine of Texas are in fact domestic terrorists. I choose to take a stand with Texas and fight until there is change. Furthermore the funds will also be used to fund the reform and repeal process at a higher level to possibly include the Supreme Court. Texas needs the gun laws re evaluated and the discriminatory practices against law abiding citizens who belong to a motorcycle club needs to be addressed. Along with a class action law suit in regards to the Texas Supreme Court ruling on defamation per se and will be seeking damages that all victims of this profiling are owed damages and compensation. Charges will be sought both civil and criminal against the police departments and its officers for directly violating Article L section 8 of the Texas constitution. Discriminating based on clothing and or club membership is illegal. The Supreme Court stated in 1972 Healy v. James that they disapprove of any government action against a person or persons denying rights and privileges based on the citizens association with an unpopular group. Stand with me and let’s take it back to them and show them that we are people and we are protected under the constitution and the tyrants and political machine are not above the law.
