Urgent help to pay bills

Hi Dear Friends,
I need your help.  This is very hard for me but I have to reach out for assistance. I just spent my savings on surgery to get my eye sight back, I am going to be out of work for months for full recovery, My bills are falling behind. They are about to turn off the electricty, phone and other utilities. I have tried to get loans to help  but poor credit  has lead me to get a small payday loan that gets paid from each paycheck.
