Until two years ago life was seemingly good and I was excited to be  starting a degree in Chemistry with Foresinc Investigation at the University of Surrey. Then I got the heart breaking news that my father who is also the sole provider of the family was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma (BCC) a type of cancer. This meant that he had to leave his job as a doctor in Nigeria and now is bed bound. This has been very difficult for us as a family as you can imagine. I have since managed to continue studying by getting loans and help from family and friends but now I find my self in a difficult situation where I have been asked to pay or leave the university in my last year of the course. I have exhausted all my options and this is somewhat my last hope to raise the money I need to finish my final year and help my family.
I am a firm believer of where there is a will there is a way so any help will be very welcome.
As much as this is a difficult time I have faith that with your help I will be able to finish my degree.
